Lyuben Georgiev

Executive Director & Strategic Visionary

Lyuben Georgiev is the driving force behind Re-Act, serving as its Executive Director with more than 17 years of expertise in project management and international collaboration. Under his leadership, Re-Act has successfully implemented over 25 large-scale international projects, impacting thousands of young people. He possesses a strategic mindset and an unwavering dedication to fostering impactful youth initiatives. His expertise lies in coordinating complex partnerships, ensuring smooth project execution, and cultivating an environment that is safe, inclusive, and conducive to learning. A firm believer in the power of collaboration, Lyuben is at the forefront of driving Re-Act’s mission to create meaningful and sustainable change.

Darina Dimitrova

Project Manager & Youth Worker

A passionate advocate for personal growth and experiential learning, Darina Dimitrova is a dedicated trainer and facilitator specializing in non-formal education. As the co-founder of ā€œUnited in Adventureā€, she has spent years designing transformative outdoor experiences that empower young people to unlock their full potential.
With a master's degree in architecture and an impressive portfolio of qualifications, including seven certified "Train the Trainer" programs, she brings a structured yet creative approach to her work. Darina has been a key force in developing and implementing youth exchanges, Erasmus+ training courses, and mentorship initiatives within Re-Act, using gamification, NLP techniques, and experiential learning to create transformative educational experiences. Her dedication to sustainability is reflected in her involvement with many sustainability initiatives, where she actively promotes eco-conscious lifestyles among young people.

Donka Kalcheva

Excellent Methodologist and Research Guru

With over 17 years of experience in social inclusion and sustainable development, Donka Kalcheva is a powerhouse in the NGO sector, specializing in projects that support disadvantaged youth. Her expertise spans mentoring, employment programs, and educational initiatives, positioning her as a cornerstone of Re-Act’s mission. As the head of the Communications and Research Department for Re-Act’s initiatives, she ensures smooth coordination between stakeholders, digital outreach, and effective project dissemination. Her ability to foster meaningful connections and create inclusive opportunities has made her an invaluable force in the field of youth work and social innovation.

Bogdan Georgiev

Organizational Psychologist & HR Development Expert

With a stellar career spanning over 20 years in human resources, behavioral psychology, and organizational development, Bogdan Georgiev is a key strategic mind behind Re-Act’s mentoring and leadership programs. Holding a master's degree in organizational and behavioral psychology from the University of Strasbourg, he has contributed to shaping recruitment, evaluation, and training systems at the European Commission. As a co-founder of Re-Act, he has been pivotal in mentoring young professionals, guiding them toward careers in the NGO sector through initiatives like Career with a Cause. His deep understanding of human motivation, talent development, and mentorship has been fundamental in designing sustainable programs that foster both individual growth and community impact.

Zhivko Zhelev

Project coordination & Community building

Zhivko Zhelev is an outstanding and inspired young person, who is an integral part of Re-Act from 2023. His journey within the organization started as a highly engaged volunteer, where his unwavering commitment and ideas quickly made him a key team member. With extensive experience in Erasmus+ programs—having participated in over 20 mobility projects and being part of the on-site team in others—Zhivko has developed a profound understanding of youth work, pursuing European goals and international collaboration.
His expertise lies in empowering young people to step out of their comfort zones and guiding participants in making the most of international mobility opportunities through a warm and personal approach. His ability to connect with diverse groups, facilitate meaningful discussions, and inspire confidence in young people has made him an invaluable asset to the Re-Act team. With a natural talent for project coordination and community building, Zhivko continues to play a crucial role in supporting both volunteers and participants in their personal and professional journeys.
