Young people leaving correctional institutions often face serious barriers when trying to rebuild their lives — limited access to education, digital exclusion and fewer job opportunities. At the same time, youth workers and professionals supporting them often lack the tools and methods needed to respond effectively.

DOTOX – Digital Skills fOr eX-prisoners is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership that aims to support the social reintegration of young people with experience in the justice system. The project focuses on strengthening digital competences, employability skills and active participation, helping young ex-offenders navigate the digital world and access new opportunities for learning, work and community engagement.

DOTOX develops innovative training content and practical tools that combine digital skills with personal, social and employability competences. The goal is to create engaging learning opportunities that help young people build confidence, develop new skills and reconnect with society.

The project brings together partners from Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Cyprus and Sweden, combining expertise in youth work, digital education and social inclusion to develop resources that can be used across Europe.
