“Voice of Harmony”: 10 Days That Changed Us Forever
What happens when 35 young people from across Europe gather in Pernik to talk about bullying, empathy, and the power of voice?
Magic. Deep transformation. Connection.
This month, Re-Act had the absolute honor of hosting the Voice of Harmony youth exchange – a 10-day Erasmus+ journey like no other. The goal? To explore bullying, solidarity, and active empathy through experience, art, and youth-led action.
“Voice of Harmony” Youth Exchange happened on 06-15.11.2024 in the beautiful youth & art capital of Bulgaria: Pernik city. The project is co-financed by the Erasmus+ program.
It wasn’t just a training. It was a movement.
From the very first day, participants were thrown into a dynamic world of discovery — interactive simulations, emotionally immersive “Silence Rooms,” role-playing games, and hands-on empathy labs that encouraged them to see the world through another’s eyes. Each national team had the chance to design and lead a full day of the program, bringing their own ideas, creativity, and cultural flavor.
And the result? One of the most personal, impactful projects we’ve ever seen.
From the World Café on Bullying to the unforgettable Local Awareness Campaign in Pernik’s heart, young people stood up to make change — not only for themselves, but for their communities. They created digital booklets, video campaigns, powerful posters, and shared real stories that made a lasting impression on everyone they met.
We talked, we cried, we laughed. And above all — we learned.
Thank you to every soul who gave their energy, truth, and courage. This was Re-Act’s youth leadership in full color. Projects like this remind us why we do what we do.
Together, our voices became one — and the harmony we created will echo far beyond these 10 days.
